home stage as much or as little as you require.
Initial One Hour Consultation and Walk Through
All Home Staged to Sell’s services begin with our
initial consultation. This will include an initial walk
through of your home, asking questions and taking
preliminary notes. We will then discuss your immediate
goals and review our staging options that will benefit you
the most.
New Listing OR Open House Staging Weekend
This service if perfect for the house that is just about
to go onto the market or have an Open House in order to make
a great impression! Prior to that weekend, we will spend up
to two full days transforming the house into a buyer’s
dream. We will be working off a detailed walk thru work
sheet in order to complete the transformations.
1/2 Day Home Staging – The “Do-It-Yourself” Plan
This service is for the homeowner that only requires a
small amount of attention and our expertise. Home Staged to
Sell’s expert will use a detailed walk thru work sheet,
vendor recommendations, and tips and tricks from the pros to
complete the transformation. We will spend up to four hours
transforming the home with a heavy focus on priority or
effectiveness.
If you have the time and creativity this option would
work well for you.
1/2 Day
Fine Tuning – After “The Do-It-Yourself” Plan
Ideal for a final “tune up” after the Home Seller has
completed the “Do-It-Yourself” Plan. The focus is on
creating “emotional connection” points in order to market
the home to its fullest potential. We come in and give the
home a final “model home” look. Emotional connection will
envision the home buyer living in “their” new home.
Quick and Easy Priority Report
After an initial consultation, the Home Staged to Sell’s
expert will customize a report that focuses on the ten most
important things the seller should concentrate on to
increase the value of their home and get a faster sale.
This option works well for homeowners that have a creative
vision and just need a little extra direction.
