Kathy Fogle
is the owner of Home Staged to Sell. She is a Staging
Professional certified by HSR and member of the American
Society of Home Stagers and Redesigners. Kathy’s goal is to
effectively partner with Realtors and homeowners to create
“warm and inviting home spaces” that ultimately turn home
browsers into homeowners.
Creating
something out of nothing
is Kathy’s trademark in home staging. As a native Texan,
her passion for design began with her studies in Fashion
Merchandising; receiving two Outstanding Student Merit
Awards at Bee County College, Beeville, Texas and several
display awards from major retail department stores. She
went on to graduate from Angelo State University with a
Marketing Degree.
As a
military spouse, she adapted to the constant stress of
multiple moves within the states and overseas; home staging
became second nature. With each move came many requests
from friends, relatives and others to help decorate their
homes on and off base. To Kathy’s surprise, they applauded
her talents not only as an interior decorator but also a
landscaper. She received monthly and quarterly awards for
having the best yard on the military installation.
Finally
after years of military moves, retail experience and
marketing in title companies, the time for change had
arrived. A local Real Estate Agent watered that “seed of
creativity” God planted, when asked, “Had she ever
considered becoming a home stager”? Kathy had no idea her
talent had a name.
